Hey everyone- I'm looking to hear from those who use the ZenConnect to connect your instance to Slack. How do you use it? Any tips or advice?
We were planning on using it to notify internal employees that are assigned evidence requests but haven't gotten around to setting that part up yet
Hey Meghan we are using the Slack integration and love it. For us it's been good to get notified when someone comments on an audit request or when a status changes. Notifications for into email but seeing a slack and it keeping a tally of what changes is awesome. If you need any other details let me know, happy to help.
