ZenGRC Self-Assessment Based on ISO 27001/2

Good morning! I would like to trigger an annual high-level self-assessment of the SCF (based on the ISO 27001 / 2 framework) out to several sub-companies within our parent company. Would it be best to leverage the Questionnaire module within ZenGRC or an Audit? I would like to be able to compare year to year responses by sub-company. I was also wondering if there is a template questionnaire available for the ISO Program.
