ZenGRC Self-Assessment Based on ISO 27001/2

Good morning! I would like to trigger an annual high-level self-assessment of the SCF (based on the ISO 27001 / 2 framework) out to several sub-companies within our parent company. Would it be best to leverage the Questionnaire module within ZenGRC or an Audit? I would like to be able to compare year to year responses by sub-company. I was also wondering if there is a template questionnaire available for the ISO Program.

ZenGRC ServiceNow Connector XML

Hello - I was evaluating setting up the ZenGRC to ServiceNow connector per the documentation here - . About halfway down the page it says to download the XML (config) file and import it into ServiceNow but the link is broken. Does anyone happen to have this XML file available or know how I can get it?

Audit Requests in Jira

I have a Jira managed audit that I am trying to add additional requests to via the “Jira Issue” import request template. When I select the csv file I get “1 rows (0 deleted, 1 created, 0 updated, 0 ignored)”But then after the file uploads I get “0 requests imported successfully.” and I have no external requests available. I can’t figure out what I need to do to get more requests added to the audit.
