I have a Jira managed audit that I am trying to add additional requests to via the “Jira Issue” import request template.
When I select the csv file I get “1 rows (0 deleted, 1 created, 0 updated, 0 ignored)”
But then after the file uploads I get “0 requests imported successfully.” and I have no external requests available. I can’t figure out what I need to do to get more requests added to the audit.
