removing the residual risk scoring

In reviewing the work that was done prior to my arrival the residual risk settings have been applied to risks in the system where no solution has been established or implemented.   It seems that no residual risk settings should have been applied.   Is there a way to get that to be blank until a solution has been identified and the effectiveness of it assessed.,

Hi @molson I have an answer for you here. In ZenGRC, there is no way to clear the scoring once it has been calculated. The best way is to delete the object and recreate it. 

However, in the ROAR platform, the residual will equal the inherent risk until assessments are complete.
